In the final stretch of a Workday implementation with go-live on the horizon, this client needed to validate its US-based Benefits, Payroll, and WFM integrations before the first live pay cycle. With incomplete or incorrect system configuration putting critical interfaces at risk, the client brought in Surety Systems to lead remediation testing and pinpoint gaps before they became critical issues.
Our Workday team led end-to-end functional testing across US benefits files and retirement and financial integrations, including 401k, HSA, and tax, while auditing inbound WFM data such as hours and time-off to support payroll parallel cycles. Rather than rebuilding integrations from scratch, our engagement focused on root cause analysis: determining whether file discrepancies stemmed from integration logic, data integrity issues, or underlying Workday configuration gaps in eligibility rules and pay components.
