How to Think About Timing 

Mid-market migrations often cost between $1 million and low single-digit millions; large enterprises can scale into tens of millions depending on user counts and complexity. Budget realistically – build in 15–30% contingencies and allocate sufficient effort for data cleansing, code remediation, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support. Cost effectiveness comes from thorough planning, not from rushing.
