In an increasingly digitized world, efficient, secure, seamless document management and e-signature solutions are critical to organizational success.

The integration between Adobe Acrobat Sign and Workday Business Process Framework addresses this need by combining Adobe Sign’s robust document-handling capabilities with Workday’s comprehensive enterprise management functionalities to reduce administrative burdens and improve compliance.

This article discusses the key features and benefits of the Adobe Acrobat Sign and Workday integration, exploring how it enhances operational efficiency, accelerates business processes, and improves the overall user experience for organizations of all sizes and industries.

Connecting Workday and Adobe Acrobat Sign

Adobe Acrobat Sign comes pre-built with integrations for Workday Business Process Framework, enabling users to accelerate the document signing process and facilitate better collaboration across HR, Finance, and Operations workflows.

No IT support required

Users can easily activate their own Adobe Acrobat Sign license to access e-sign functionality in their Workday system without involving IT teams.

Support for complex workflows

By routing documents to multiple users or groups, the integration between Adobe Sign and Workday allows users to support complex workflows and improve overall process efficiency.

Mobile access capabilities

With mobile access features, users can sign, send, and exchange documents anytime, anywhere, and on any device.

Real-time insights

Real-time insights into the status of critical HR documents and processes enable users to sign their own offer letters and documents and see which signatures are required next.

Advanced distribution features

Adobe Acrobat Sign for Workday allows users to distribute one document to multiple signers or groups and modify Workday items in a single platform.

Configuring Adobe Acrobat Sign for Workday

The following business objects are required to configure Adobe Acrobat Sign for Workday:
