The large, non-profit hospital organization is currently using Lawson S3 for HR and Payroll Management and UKG Workforce Central (WFC) for Timekeeping. Previously, this client has used the Lawson system to manage their accrual calculations; however, they are in the process of transitioning their accruals into UKG WFC to improve configuration accuracy and meet critical regulatory requirements.

Surety provided additional support to help the client’s internal team optimize configuration builds in their UKG WFC system and streamline the testing and cutover processes. Surety’s UKG team was responsible for writing new test scripts, running tests to validate accrual data, and making necessary corrections to critical configurations.
