The large healthcare organization is a sister company to another hospital system and has previously leveraged a shared services model to manage its critical payroll operations. When the sister hospital moved to Workday, the client also opted to consolidate its systems, as it was transitioning from various systems, including PeopleSoft, ADP EV5, and ADP Workforce Now. This client took a unique approach and opted to build their system on the existing tenant, presenting core challenges.
The client had already built out their own configurations but has faced a few challenges in maintaining effective tenant management practices and moving between the sandbox and production environments. Our team provided an internal Workday Payroll lead to support the internal team in facilitating an effective move to Workday, ensuring accurate system testing, and filling critical gaps left by an unreliable implementation partner.
Our team also provided additional consulting support to backfill a role left by an internal employee who took an unexpected leave. This consultant hit the ground running through the last push of the Workday migration, acting as an extension of the internal team and facilitating effective system stabilization to, through, and after their Go-Live date.
When the client expressed another need for additional ServiceNow support to plan and execute a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery implementation after their Workday system goes live and optimize case management practices for their HR and Payroll teams, our consultants stepped up to the plate. They brought strong experience in ServiceNow applications to help the client facilitate effective deployment, build out a strong Knowledge Base, and support key operations after their new Workday system is live.
