The global dental equipment manufacturer was challenged with migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and implementing the SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module during the migration.
They had an established implementation partner overseeing the implementation across their global landscape; however, they required additional support from an on-site consultant to evaluate and implement best practices in their United States location. Their implementation partner managed the project remotely, making it difficult to facilitate effective communication across teams and understand requirements and operations within their existing SAP system.
