The senior-living community has decided to sell its existing locations and contracts, resulting in a cessation of operations in early 2026. This decision requires their internal teams to extract large amounts of data from their current Workday system, including W-2s, payroll data history, and other critical business data, and share it with the purchasing companies.

Our team supported the client in assessing which data, reports, and studio programs are available in their Workday environment and conducting test runs for mass data dumps into the purchasing companies’ systems. While the internal team continued to run reports and configure studio programs as needed, we supported core data identification, assessment, and migration planning to ensure the successful offboarding of data.

By providing a clear roadmap for data identification and migration planning, our team ensured the client could meet their stringent divestiture timelines while maintaining full data integrity during the transition to the purchasing entities.
