Implementing the FCU Integration Template

  1. Download and Access: Download the FCU Setup from the Infor Marketplace. Log in to the GHR system, navigate to the Integration Architect Dashboard, and select FCU Setup.
  2. Import the Setup: Click the ellipsis and select Import Setup. In the configuration window, select your Organization and use the Setup Export Folder icon to locate your downloaded file.
  3. Configure Import Settings: If this is a new integration, check Create New Setup; otherwise, use Search to update an existing design. Select the correct Separator and End of Line Character for the setup:

  4. Activate the Layout: Open your newly imported setup and navigate to the Setup Detail tab. Toggle the status to Active to enable record generation.
  5. Generate and Preview: Click Generate Preview Records and ensure the Generate File checkbox is selected to populate the data. Once verified, click Generate File Threaded and Submit to process the records.
  6. Access Your File: Navigate to the File tab to view or download your generated flat file.
