What you’ll be doing:

Studying Up

We don't expect anyone to already be familiar with the various ERPs and business technologies used by our clients. What we DO expect, however, is for you to become well-versed in the technologies you'll be responsible for recruiting for.

Doing Your Research

Doing your research doesn't merely apply to our business technologies, either. Our ideal candidate will be able to assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes, screen candidates based on technical skills and personality traits, and conduct reference checks to make sure that the consultants we put on projects are the cream of the crop.

Our ideal candidate is no shrinking violet. We're looking for someone to conduct interviews over the phone, develop relationships with our primary/go-to consultants, and proactively communicate with potential consultants.

  • Local to the Raleigh area
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year of post-college experience (Doesn’t have to be in recruiting)
  • Well-spoken AND well-written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn
  • “Do what it takes” personality
  • Fast but precise (like a turbocharged sewing machine, or Lionel Messi)
  • Comfortable sticking to a tight schedule and occasionally telling people “No”
  • Comfortable communicating over the phone
