The global apparel footwear manufacturer was looking to migrate its Asia-Pacific (APAC) population from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). Since its other divisions were already live on UKG Pro WFM, our client needed a consulting team to act as the internal subject matter experts for UKG systems and augment its APAC, UKG, Payroll, and core implementation teams to ensure a successful migration.

This project required a team of consultants with extensive knowledge in both UKG WFC and UKG Pro WFM and experience migrating clients from WFC to Pro WFM. Their primary responsibilities involved reviewing the current configuration of timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals in WFC and validating the configuration in Pro WFM, so they also required strong configuration skills and an understanding of technical aspects like CRTs, data views, and lookup tables.
