Business Challenges:
Convert Health Network Labs from a Company Level to a Process Level in the HR suite.
Convert and update all existing security.

High Level Business Solution:
Used multiple tools like Access, Lawson add-ins and Lawson conversion file layouts to extract, convert and upload data from one system to another.  Convert all HR security classes to role based security. 

Business/Technical Solution Details:
• Created Role based Security for all of HR, Payroll and Benefit areas including all Self service Modules.
• Created an Access Database for data cross walks and upload files.
• Helped to troubleshoot various conversion issues.
• Added all the required Self service forms to existing laua security classes.
• Provided training on security, MS Add-ins and multiple other areas.
• Created Smart Notifications as needed.
